Latest Info On Admissions At Central Michigan University

Today We have got a new updates for upcoming students.Almost all the Fall Admissions decisions were out only few are under Departmental review and this time its a unexpected situation, application rush is too high,300 Applicants applied for MSIS department but due to finite seats department cannot accommodate all the applicants ,so last week the department had reviewed the situation and released its new requirements for the applicants to get admitted.

Following are the Credentials/Requirements

GPA Prior-2.7
GPA New-3.5  
Tofel -79
Ielts -6.5
GRE -Required if only GPA Cannot reach the expected requirement <290 (Safe Admit)

Regarding Campus Jobs

You can find  many on Campus jobs here but you have to be very quick in grabbing the opportunities.Please keep updated with the posting in the on campus job link the link will redirects to the available positions.Remember you are only eligible for the GSA positions not Work study.Even when you are filling job application  you should n't check for work study.

You should be very careful in checking the Application notification for the semsters

Regarding Scholarship and Graduate Assistantship @ CMU

Making you clear from all the ambiguities regarding the scholarships and Assistantships.

Graduate AssistantShips

If you want apply for Assistantship you need to contact the respective departments not the admission advisor for the GA positions.As per our information from MSIS department ,currently there are no assistantships available ,but they are seeking the candidates with high credentials with GPA>3.7 and GRE>300.If you are the one with  matching Requirement you can apply for it.

Fellowship/Scholarship

 

Applying for the Fellowship you should be very careful looking at the deadlines.Normally for every academic year you should send your Fellowship application on or before 1st  Monday in February.But this time we are sorry to post this info lately.you can check more info on this in the following link
